DECISION
Treating the plaintiff's motion to compel production of documents filed on March 27, 1995 as a motion to re-consider the Court's decision filed on November 7, 1994, upon consideration thereof, the motion is DENIED.

The plaintiff's motion to confer with the Court is DENIED.

The defendant will present appropriate orders for entry upon forty-eight hour notice to the plaintiff.
