On June 16, 1978 the court entered judgment for plaintiffs in the sum of $325,000 and in accordance with the agreement of the parties, payment of said judgment shall be made to plaintiffs in the form of a draft payable to Howard, Prim, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady & Poliak, Trustees for plaintiffs.
