NOW COMES, ROBERT MORROW, requesting to withdraw as

counsel for Appellant HARLEM HAROLD LEWIS III and GERALD E.

BOURQUE, requesting to substitute as counsel for Appellant, HARLEM HAROLD LEWIS III, and files this Motion for Withdraw and Substitution
