Plaintiff’s petition for writ of certiorari from an order of the court denying plaintiff’s supplementary motion to reopen his case, dated January 21, 1966 [see 169 Ct. Cl. 1020], and from the court’s order of March 18, 1966, denying plaintiff’s motion to reconsider such denial, was denied by the Supreme Court on June 6, 1966, and rehearing was denied June 20, 1966.
