Because it represents a constitutionally impermissible prior restraint on political speech, Miami Herald Publishing Co. v. Tornillo, 418 U.S. 241, 94 S.Ct. 2831, 41 L.Ed.2d 730 (1974); State of Florida ex rel. Miami Herald Publishing Co. v. McIntosh, 340 So.2d 904 (Fla.1977); Miami Herald Publishing Co. v. Morphonios, 467 So.2d 1026 (Fla. 3d DCA 1985), we reverse the injunctive order below and direct that the complaint seeking that relief be dismissed with prejudice.
