Levesque v. Lariviere
1984 Mass. App. Div. 48
Opinion
This matter is before the Appellate Division on the plaintiffs’ claim that the requests for rulings made by plaintiffs, Nos. 1, 4 and 9 were denied by the Trial Court.
After closely examining the plaintiffs’ briefs and arguments the Court finds that the rulings appealed from are questions of fact and were properly denied by the trial judge.
There being no error, the Report is dismissed.
