Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We initially granted the instant petition for review on the basis of conflict with Southern Bell Telephone & Telegraph Co. v. McCook, 355 So.2d 1166 (Fla.1977). After argument, we have concluded that no conflict exists and that the Court is therefore without jurisdiction. The petition for review is denied.

It is so ordered.

SUNDBERG, C. J., and ADKINS, BOYD, OVERTON, ALDERMAN and MCDONALD, JJ., concur.
