October 5, 2023 MEMORANDUM OPINION Before QUINN, C.J., and PARKER and DOSS, JJ.

Appellant, Letha Brown, appeals from the trial court’s Order Granting Plaintiff’s

Traditional Motion for Summary Judgment and Final Judgment.1 Brown’s brief was

originally due August 28, 2023, but was not filed. By letter of September 7, 2023, we

notified Brown that the appeal was subject to dismissal for want of prosecution, without
