Lester v. State
134 S.E. 203, 35 Ga. App. 661, 1926 Ga. App. LEXIS 1061
Opinion
J. Under the principles announced in Varner v. State, 110 Ga. 595 (36 S. E. 93), and Chambers v. State, 23 Ga. App. 1 (97 S. E. 274), and the eases cited therein, the evidence failed to show the guilt of the accused, and a new trial should have been granted.
Judgment reversed.
