Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case in an action brought by a wife to recover damages for personal injuries due to slipping on a station platform of defendant, and by the husband for expenses in the ente of his wife, and for loss of her services and society.
