Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment dismissing the complaint at the close of plaintiffs’ case in an action brought by a wife to recover damages for personal injuries due to slipping on a station platform of defendant, and by the husband for expenses in the ente of his wife, and for loss of her services and society. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Taylor and Close, JJ.
