SAVOY, Judge.

This is the companion case to the case of Lewis v. Cooper, et al., 251 So.2d 805 (La.App. 3 Cir. 1971) rendered this date. See that case for a discussion of the facts and the holding.

For the reasons assigned in said companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. All costs of appeal are assessed against plaintiff.

Affirmed.
