Opinion

LANDRY, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in Fisher v. Albany Machine & Supply Co. et al., La.App., 246 So.2d 218, this day decided, the judgment of the trial court sustaining the motion for summary judgment by defendant, Wagner Electric Corporation, and dismissing plaintiff-appellant’s action as to defendant, Wagner Electric Corporation, is affirmed, at appellant’s cost.

Affirmed.
