Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have thoroughly examined the briefs and the arguments and find that while reasonable minds could differ as to the resolution of the issues, there is competent substantial evidence to support the deputy commissioner’s determination. Therefore, we AFFIRM.

SMITH, JOANOS and WIGGINTON, JJ., concur.
