Opinion

In an action to recover damages for libel, the appeal is from an order of the City Court of Yonkers denying appellant’s motion to strike an affirmative defense and counterclaim from the answer. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, Beldock, Ughetta and Kleinfeld, JJ., concur.
