Opinion

In re: Exavier Lemaire, tutor of the mi-' nor heirs of Joseph Percy Lemaire, deceased, applying for certiorari, or Writ of Review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Lafayette. 284 So.2d 102.

Writ denied. There is no error of law in the judgment complained of.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion that the judgment of the Court of Appeal was incorrect and the writ should be granted.
