Opinion

—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Commissioner of Public Works of the County of Orange, dated November 1, 1977, which, after a hearing, found that petitioner had willfully disobeyed an order of a superior and dismissed him from his position. Determination confirmed and proceeding dismissed on the merits, without costs or disbursements. The determination is supported by substantial evidence. Latham, J. P., Rabin, Gulotta and Hawkins, JJ., concur.
