Samuel Legg plaint. conta Experience Orris Defend* in an action of the case for not paying the Summe of three pounds eleven Shillings four pence money due upon the balla of Acco* as shall appeare by bill under the hand of sd Orris datd 15° Ianuar0 1678. w*h damages: [1054]*1054. . . The Jury . . . found for the plaint, three pounds eleven Shillings four pence money and costs of Court allowd two and twenty Shillings six pence.
Execution issued 11° Aug0 1679.
