Opinion

In re Ronald Leger, applying for certiora-ri, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit. Parish of East Baton Rouge. 393 So.2d 247.

Granted. Court of Appeal order is set aside. Case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for review of the appeal on its merits. Buras v. Board of Trustees of Police Pension Fund, 367 So.2d 849 (La.1979) is distinguishable and not controlling.

DENNIS, J., would grant the writ and place case on this Court’s docket for argument.
