PER CURIAM.

The petition for writ of mandamus is granted and the Circuit Court in and for Leon County is directed to issue a final order in Leftwich v. Tucker, case number 2010 CA 004091, within a reasonable time not to exceed 30 days from issuance of mandate in this cause.
