Opinion

Motion to amend remittitur granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by adding thereto the following: The Public Service Commission is directed, as indicated in the last substantive paragraph of the Per Curiam opinion of the court, to provide for an appropriate adjustment of refunds and payments among the users of electric service to correct the erroneous rates imposed for the period in question. (See 40 NY2d 1047.)
