Order denying the appellant’s motion to set aside the sale under the judgment of foreclosure herein and to stay the referee from delivering a deed to the purchaser at such sale, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ., concur.
