Defendant appeals from a judgment awarding damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, as the result of being struck by a trolley car owned and operated by defendant. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
