Opinion
For the reasons stated in the companion case of Highlands Ins. Co. v. Missouri Pacific Railroad Co. et al., 532 So.2d 317 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1988), in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this day, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
All costs of this appeal are assessed to MOPAC.
