Opinion

PER CURIAM.

After reviewing the plaintiffs’ complaint and taking the material allegations as true, we find that the trial court properly dismissed the complaint with prejudice for failure to state a cause of action. Kutner v. Kalish, 173 So.2d 763 (Fla. 3d DCA), cert. denied, 183 So.2d 210 (Fla.1965); Pickard v. Maritime Holdings Corp., 161 So.2d 239 (Fla. 3d DCA 1964).

Affirmed.
