Conviction in district court of El Paso county of assault to murder; punishment,'four years in the penitentiary. The record is before us without any statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment is in correct form, and the charge of the court properly submits the law of the case. Finding no error in the record, the judgment will be affirmed.
