Opinion

Teahan, J.

This case arises out of appeal by the defendant from allowance of a summary judgment motion. The report fails to include issues raised in the pleadings or affidavits filed by the plaintiff. The defendant acknowledges filing no affidavits. Neither is a copy of the complaint annexed or incorporated. We are left with a report which fails to allow any review under Dist./Mun. Cts. R. Civ. P., Rule 64 as the minimal requirements of Rule 64(c) (2) have not been met.

The report is dismissed.
