Opinion

Action to recover for damages allegedly sustained through the negligence of the defendant, causing destruction of plaintiff’s merchandise through the flow of water from a sprinkler head in defendant’s loft on the floor above that of plaintiff in a factory building. Judgment in favor of the defendant, entered upon the decision of the court, after a trial without a jury, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Taylor, JJ.
