Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in a negligence action, entered on jury’s verdict of no cause of action. A question of fact is presented. No error appears in the record which requires reversal. The judgment should be affirmed. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. Present — Hill, P. J., Rhodes, McNamee, Crapser and Heffernan, JJ.
