Upon Reading the Bill and Answer and the Exceptions taken to the Defendants Answer which came this day to be heard and Debated before this Court by Mr. Graeme and Mr. Whitaker of Council for the Plaintiffs and Mr. Pinckney and Mr. Allein of Council for the Defendants, The Court thought fit to defer the further Hearing thereof till Tuesday next three a Clock in the afternoon.
