PER CURIAM:

This claim was submitted for decision based upon the allegations in the Notice of Claim and respondent’s Answer.

Claimant seeks payment of $6,865.65 for law books purchased from claimant for the Monroe County Law Library. Respondent, in its Answer, admits the validity and amount of the claim. In view of the foregoing, the Court grants an award to the claimant in the amount of $6,865.65.

Award of $6,865.65.
