Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the award of attorney’s fees against Appellant because the trial court failed to set forth detailed factual findings describing the specific bad faith conduct [711]*711that resulted in the unnecessary incur-rence of attorney’s fees. We remand this cause for further proceedings. See Moakley v. Smallwood, 826 So.2d 221, 227 (Fla.2002).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

SAWAYA, TORPY and EVANDER, JJ., concur.
