CHIASSON, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in our opinion in “Joseph Cousin v. Michael D. Page, Shedrick J. Keys, and Travelers Insurance Company,” No. 12,188, 367 So.2d 875, the judgment of the trial court herein is affirmed at appellants’ cost.

AFFIRMED.
