Opinions

PER CURIAM.

There is substantial competent evidence to support the trial court’s finding that the true property line lies where established by the Veal/Fugate surveys. We therefore do not reach the other issues posed on appeal.

AFFIRMED.

ROBERT P. SMITH, Jr., C. J., and DOW-NEY, JAMES C., Associate Judge, concur. MILLS, J., specially concurs with opinion.
