This writ of error is from a judgment in a suit in intervention in a receivership proceeding pending in the court below. The case is in all respects similar in its facts, and presents the identical questions determined by us in the case of Lauraine, Administrator, v. Masterson,193 S.W. 708, in which we on this day filed our opinion.

Affirmed.
