Eminent domain; requisition of property of Mississippi Valley Iron Company, bankrupt.
Upon plaintiff’s offer to compromise, which was accepted by the defendant; and upon a stipulation by the parties and a report of a commissioner recommending judgment in the agreed amount, it was ordered that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the sum of $119,100, plus a sum measured by interest thereon at the rate of 4% per annum from March 5, 1942, to date of payment.
