Granted. Judgment of the trial court denying La-Mo Refractory Supply Co., Inc.’s exception of procedural capacity is reversed. The exception is sustained. See Nicosia v. Guillory, 322 So.2d 129 (La.1975). Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
