Opinion

PATTERSON, Judge.

Pursuant to the decision of the Alabama Supreme Court in Lasley v. State, 505 So.2d 1263 (Ala.1987), the judgment of conviction entered in this case by the circuit court of Mobile County is hereby reversed and the case is remanded.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

All Judges Concur.
