Order denying plaintiff’s motion to remove action pending in the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, Second District, and to consolidate it with the action pending in the Supreme Court, unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion granted. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
