In an action to recover damages for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate, who was struck by defendant’s train when he was on a trestle at or near" a drawbridge, engaged [797]*797in making repairs to the trestle, the jury rendered a verdict for plaintiff for $50,000. Judgment unanimously affirmed, with costs. Ho opinion. Present — Lewis, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Adel and Aldrich, JJ.
