Opinion

Order granting plaintiff’s motion for the appointment of a temporary receiver affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Order denying defendants’ motion to dismiss complaint for insufficiency affirmed, without costs, with leave to defendants to answer within ten days from service of a copy of the order herein. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Rich, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
