PER CURIAM.

We grant John Lanzetta’s petition for writ of mandamus and direct the Honorable Gerald D. Hubbart to issue his ruling on Lanzetta’s motion requesting authorization for arbitrator to determine plaintiffs entitlement to costs, which motion is pending before him. A copy of his ruling shall be provided to this court within five days from this date.

Writ issued.
