C., 187; Tederall v. Bouknight, 25 S. C., 275; Harrison v. Lightsey, 32 S. C., 293, 10 S. E., 1010; and the more recent case of Bradley v. Calhoun, 116 S. C., 7, 106 S. E., 843. Affirmed.
