The petition for belated appeal is granted. A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the order denying his motion for postconviction relief filed October 30, 2012, in Case Nos.2010-CF-588, 2010-CF-589, 2010-CF-602, 2010-CF-60B, and 2010-CF-620, in the Circuit Court in and for Hernando County, Florida. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
