Action to recover damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate, a boy fourteen years old, who was struck by defendant’s truck while crossing a street. Judgment for plaintiff, and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Young, Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ.
