A copy of this opinion shall be filed with the trial court and be treated as the notice of appeal from the June 18, 2014 order summarily denying Petitioner’s motion to vacate sentence in Case No. 48-2003-CF-15271-C-0 in the Circuit Court [1264]*1264in and for Orange County, Florida. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(c)(6)(D).
