We find exceptional circumstances here which warrant the right granted to intervene. We do not wish to indicate, however, that other similar applications should be granted unless the necessity for additional representation is clearly shown. Order unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. Present — Martin, P. J., Townley, Dore, Cohn and Callahan, JJ.
