This case involves an award of attorney’s fees, rendered against the appellant herein, that is based upon the judgment that is the subject of Third District Court of Appeal case number 95-877,1996 WL 47697.
In view of the fact that the said judgment in that case is being reversed by this Court in a separate opinion being released on this date, the attorney’s fee judgment that is the subject of the instant appeal must, of necessity, also be reversed.
Reversed.
