Opinion

On Motion of Mr. Grindley on Behalf of the Complainants and on reading an Affidavit of the Service of a Rule to answer on James Parsons Esquire Sollicitor for the Defendants and the Register’s Certificate that no Answers were filed by any of the Defendants in this Cause, It is Ordered that an Attachment do issue against the Defendants William Walter and John Cattell for Want of their Answers.
