PER CURIAM.

Appellant pled nolo contendere with a reservation of the right to appeal denial of the motion to suppress. We affirm under authority of United States v. Ross, 456 U.S. 798, 102 S.Ct. 2157, 72 L.Ed.2d 572 (1982), and Caplan v. State, 531 So.2d 88, 91-92 & n. 2 (Fla.1988), cert. denied, — U.S. — , 109 S.Ct. 1577, 103 L.Ed.2d 942 (1989).

Affirmed.
