In re Edward C. Lamb, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and or review. Fifteenth Judicial District Court. No. 81-4785-E c/w 81-5260-G. Parish of Lafayette, Third Circuit Court of Appeal.
Granted in part and denied in part. Because of the delays in these proceedings prompted by the parties’ appeals and writ applications, it is ordered that the consolidated cases be tried expeditiously. Otherwise, the application is denied.
